1. 100% Secret & Discrete Packaging

We understand that privacy is extremely important to you:

• All orders are packed in plain brown cardboard boxes or unbranded courier flyers.

• Zero Product Labels: Neither the product name, brand details, nor usage descriptions are printed on the outer parcel.

• Courier representatives only see your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address.

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

• Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM PKT are dispatched on the same business day.

• Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days anywhere in Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc., usually receive delivery within 24–48 hours).

• Shipping Charges:

  • FREE Delivery on 2-Pack and 3-Pack Bundle Deals.

  • Standard minimal delivery fee applies to Single Pack trial orders.

3. Payment Method (Cash on Delivery)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for maximum convenience.

• You pay the exact order amount in cash directly to the courier rider upon receiving your plain parcel.

• Note: Please keep the exact cash amount ready to ensure smooth handover.

4. Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

• Once your parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated tracking link and invoice via WhatsApp / SMS.

• You can track the real-time status of your package at any time using your tracking number.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or if courier delivery is delayed beyond 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately.

• We will arrange a free express replacement without any extra charge.
